Abbiamo trascorso la nostra prima notte di nozze in questa meravigliosa struttura, tutto perfetto e impeccabile, ci siamo svegliati con un panorama mozzafiato tra l'Etna e il mare. Cibo top, pulizia camere top e un incredibile sensazione di intimità e riservatezza. Consigliatissimo.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly welcoming and well-prepared, making it the best experience we had during our time in Sicily. The breakfast was fantastic, and a special mention to Signora Daniela, who made our mornings even better with her warmth and hospitality.

Beautiful facility with views of the sea and Etna, lovely pool area. Overall we had a great 6 days here, despite some things that should be better. - Food: Breakfast is great with a good variety of quality options and pleasant service! Lunch and dinner: Prices are quite high as others have said, some dishes have excessive amounts of oil and the staff forgot stuff a few times. The quality is good but not amazing for the money. - Service: Friendly but not very competent in many areas. Lunch sometimes available at noon, other days not until 2.30pm because the chef isn't there yet. (The info folder in the room says noon-3.30). Leaking shower which was not fixed, the receptionist changed a filter and claimed that was the issue while the shower door seal is the obvious problem. House cleaning's solution was to just put towels around the shower. - Slow wifi and bad reception in many areas including our room. - Spa: The massage was great. I recommend seeing the spa itself before booking as it's quite small. After arriving on time i had to wait 40 mins before being able to use the spa as they hadn't turned the sauna on yet. Upon being guided inside there was no soap or towel for me, and no instructions on how to use the Turkish bath. In addition the hot tub was cold. They then turned off the sauna after 1 hr and 45 mins while we booked for 2hrs. They did refund us one hour after which was good, and halfway through they brought towels and soap. These things made it not as relaxing as we'd hoped unfortunately.

Malheureusement nous garderons un souvenir très amer de ce séjour mon ex-conjoint et moi même. Le lieu et les constructions ont un fort potentiel mais la relation humaine est égal à 0 si vous rencontrez le moindre problème. Mon conjoint avait perdu ses lunettes de vue dans la piscine aspiré par le côté et après avoir prévenu le personnel de l'établissement cela était le cadet de leur soucis. J'ai du aller moi même dans l'espace entretien dans le noir et me mettre dans un bassin de plus de 1M50 pour les retrouver malheureusement toute rayées. Suite à cette mésaventure nous avons décider d'écourter notre séjour chez eux, nous avions pas encore profité du spa mais suite à notre annonce de départ anticipée le gérant nous a refusé l'accès aux lieux. Nous retenons qu'il cherche que le profit et nous avions déjà été très gentil de base car le logement que nous avions réservé sur internet n'était pas le bon à l'arrivée. Un séjour gâché et de mauvais souvenirs pour nous!

Que dire de mieux que "superbe" !! Nous avons passé avec ma femme un séjour merveilleux. Le lieu est calme et romantique avec une vue imprenable sur l'Etna et la mer. Je n'ai jamais connu lors de mes autres voyages un personnel aussi gentil, attentionné et soucieux de répondre à nos attentes. Je tiens à tous les remercier encore car ils ont rendus ce séjour on ne peut plus agréable ! Prenez le temps pour un massage si vous voulez vous relaxer davantage, nous ne nous sommes pas privés pour oublier les courbatures et autres soucis (merveilleux). Je remercie particulièrement Angelo qui nous a fait découvrir son domaine et ses produits maison, Alessandra pour sa gentillesse et sa prévenance, Juan Venito pour sa bonne humeur et de s'être levé à 4h00 du matin pour nous mener à l'aéroport, et Adélaïde qui a super bien organisé ma petite surprise lors de notre arrivée. Je vous souhaite à tous une bonne continuation et espère que ce commentaire vous permettra d'accueillir de nouveaux clients qui en ressortiront satisfaits c'est certain...

We‘ve spent five nights in Kepos. It‘s a small and family friendly hotel, with a nice garden area, pool and stunning view (ocean&Etna). We had a very warm welcome, even though we arrived very late. We had a larger suite with two connecting rooms and two bathrooms and a shared terrace. The rooms were simple but totally sufficient. The staff is super friendly, attentive, always saluting with a smile. We can def recommend it to everyone, no matter if you travel alone, with friends pr family.

Un posto unico, dove tutto è perfetto. Le stanze sono un piccolo gioiello, pulite, luminose e dotate di ogni comfort. Lungo il percorso all'interno del frutteto o a bordo piscina il paesaggio intorno, spazia dal mare al dominante Etna posto alle spalle. Cordiali, gentili e premurosi, con una chef che vizia con i suoi piatti legati alla tradizione ma con un tocco di ingegno.

It is a very good place to be. Small size and quiet hôtel, with nice, friendly and professional staff. Outstanding view on sea on one hand and thé Etna on thr other hand.

Ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo ma non ho mai incontrato il personale così scortese, minaccioso e impreparato come al kepos. Non capisco come una struttura del genere possa operare dove il rispetto per il cliente non esiste!

We were stranded in Sicily due to the fire at Catania airport. We were looking for accommodation close to Catania (in anticipation that it would re-open). A very stressful day, I found Kepos and it was exactly the peace we were looking for. The Pool was clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff were so friendly, we ate there every night (3 nights) and the lady serving us was so good with our young children and food was delicious. The views of Etna and Med are picture perfect - this resort makes you feel special. The live music was a lovely touch. Finally, after another cancelled flight the hotel helped arrange a transfer down to the south of the island through the concierge, they allowed us to travel in their shuttle bus at a very reasonable cost on what was turning out to be quite an ordeal to get home! Thank you - and we hope to return.

Stayed for few days summer 2023. Very friendly staff. Great pool. Very well maintained grounds that show a real pride.

We booked this accommodation very spontaneously and were very warmly welcomed. We had a lovely room next to the swimming pool. The whole property is absolutely gorgeous and very well looked after. The view in the garden and the swimming pool is directly to the Enta which is amazing. When we relaxed at the pool during the day there was a nice refreshment brought to us. We also loved the dinner with a great wine selection at the accommodation as well as the breakfast. There is so much variety and also some homemade delicious cakes, honey and jams. The staff and family (evening and morning) was absolutely friendly and we had a great chat in Italian which really enjoyed. The only thing we would have wished for were more hooks in the room to put up some clothes.

Perfect to relax with a nice view. We did day trips to Taormina and Mount Etna which are both within easy reach. There are some good restaurants in walking distance as well if you want to get out a bit. Service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would come again.

The hotel complex is beautiful. Surrounded by citrus trees, beautiful flowers and cacti, it is a place of peace and relaxation. The staff is very attentive, especially to our two children, and very cheerful. For breakfast we always had freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, directly from the on-site garden. The rooms are large enough and clean. We would come here again at any time.

Il relais Kepos si trova in una posizione magnifica tra l’Etna ed il mare. È il posto ideale per rilassarsi in un ambiente raffinato, ma anche come base per scoprire le bellezze dei dintorni. La suite mare in cui abbiamo soggiornato era davvero spaziosa, luminosa e confortevole. Il quid in più che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati è stato il servizio dello staff tutto, dal proprietario Salvo, ad Angelo (grazie mille per averci accompagnato e orgogliosamente mostrato le bellezze di questa zona) a Sergio, gentilissimo e molto competente in sala, allo staff di cucina che ha pazientemente e sapientemente adattato alcuni piatti per la dieta vegana del mio compagno. Un grazie di cuore per l’esperienza che ci avete fatto vivere ed un arrivederci a presto, appena possibile! Barbara

The Kepos resort provided great views of both Mount Etna to one side and the Mediterranean sea to the other. Enjoy some relaxing time at the infinity pool before heading over to the onsite restaurant. Beautifully landscaped resort with a variety of small and large succulents - they really missed an opportunity there to call it the cactus resort. A lot of fresh fruit from the orchard next to the hotel at the breakfast buffet. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Don't miss going for a walk in the orchard below the resort. The walkway starts next to the pool.
